Yes, we are 100% legit and have 1,000’s of happy patients to prove it. The reason our pricing is so low is because we produce all of our products in house. The reason we do this is to ensure quality, and offer compassionate pricing. The same price what other growers sell their products to other dispensaries for, is what we offer our patients their products for.
We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.
We have two shipping options to choose from for your convenience: Expedited and Xpresspost shipping through Canada Post. Each option has a different expected delivery time. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by Canada Post and will not issue discounts or refunds for shipping issues unless they meet the criteria for Canada Post’s refund policy. Please familiarize yourself with Canada Post’s shipping policy on their website prior to making a selection on your order.

Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order is ready to ship. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provide to us at the time of your order and will appear once it is updated through the shipping company’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your account to see whether you’ve entered your email address correctly OR check your junk/spam mail prior to contacting us.

No, you do not. As long as you’re older than the age of 19, you have full access to our store. We do not require proof of a medical ailment, but our products are intended for people with medical ailments.
We currently only accept eTransfers at the moment, and you will receive instructions after you place your order.
We will contact the shipping company and they will open a ticket number for us. They will try to locate the package, and get it redirected to you. If they are unable to locate the package, we will replace the package of a value up to $500.
