Are you guys legit? And why is your pricing so low?

Yes, we are 100% legit and have 1,000’s of happy patients to prove it. The reason our pricing is so low is because we produce all of our products in house. The reason we do this is to ensure quality, and offer compassionate pricing. The same price what other growers sell their products to other dispensaries for, is what we offer our patients their products for.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.

How quick is shipping?

We have three shipping options to choose from: Canada Post Expedited, Canada Post Express and Purolator Express Shipping. Each option has a different expected delivery time. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by Purolator or Canada Post and will not issue discounts or refunds for shipping issues unless they meet the criteria of the shipping company’s refund policy. Please familiarize yourself with each company’s shipping policy on their websites prior to making a selection on your order.

Canada Post Expedited – Estimated delivery time of 2-9 business days

Canada Post Express – Estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days

Purolator Express – Delivery guaranteed* from most points in Canada to most points in Canada by End of Day the next business day. However, where it is not possible to effect delivery by the next business day, delivery will be guaranteed* by End of Day on the business day specified by Purolator. Customers in Eastern Canada and rural areas can expect to add an additional 2-3 business days to their expected delivery time due to location.

Please keep in mind, these are only estimates and are subject to change at any time.

Please note: Our cut off time for shipments is 1pm PST Monday-Friday. Any orders and/or payments received after 1pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out on the next business day. Please note that Purolator Express does not typically deliver orders on Saturdays. Any orders placed after 1pm PST on Thursday and before 1pm PST on Friday, with shipping through Purolator Express, will be typically be delivered on the next business day (Monday) or by the end of day on the business day specified by Purolator.

Tracking information will be provided to you and will appear once it is updated through the shipping company’s website. Please note that the tracking information is not always updated frequently and it is normal to not see any updates for up to 24hrs.

Do I have to become a member to shop from 28 Grams?

No, you do not. As long as you’re older than the age of 19, you have full access to our store. We do not require proof of a medical ailment, but our products are intended for people with medical ailments.

How do I pay?

We currently only accept eTransfers at the moment, and you will receive instructions after you place your order.

What happens if I do not receive my package?

We will contact the shipping company and they will open a ticket number for us. They will try to locate the package, and get it redirected to you. If they are unable to locate the package, we will replace the package of a value up to $500.
