Canada Post and Purolator delays and suspended delivery times.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:

Canada Post and Purolator will be not guaranteeing their usual delivery times due to the current holiday season.

 

We will continue to take orders with Canada Post, but please expect delays. This is due to existing backlogs from the labour dispute and during this peak holiday season.

Some products may be delayed up until the new years, January 2019.

At this time the best alternative option to avoid significant delays with Canada Post is by shipping with Purolator Next Day Shipping.

Usually it is guaranteed next business day delivery but during this peak holiday season,  Purolator cannot guarantee the usual delivery times.  So any orders has the possibility to get delayed by a couple of days or more.

    Paid Friday and they said it was sent even got email saying they sent it and today (Monday) You tell me it was them and their delay and Purolator said no the package was not their for pick up ?. And so the package would not be delivered till Friday now. So next day delivery just became next week. Remember Wimpy on Popeye ? I would gladly pay you Tuesday for hamburger today ? So not only was it not put out the day you said, but not even the next Monday as told on the email sent about holiday delivery.. So now again I need to take and plan time around something that was suppose to be done with in 24-72 hrs becomes 168hr wait. And my 168hrs is worth 10% “if” I make another order, Happy holidays to me. WOW Should have just not sent the email, I wouldn’t have been the wiser.
